At International Tarpaulin Company ("ITC", "we", "our", or "us"), customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in manufacturing and delivering high-quality products. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or encounter an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and the original invoice.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.
  • Products showing normal wear and tear.
  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Products returned after the eligible return period.

3. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect product
  • An incomplete order
  • An empty parcel

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • A 360-degree unpacking video recorded while opening the package.
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Your order number and invoice.

Claims without sufficient supporting evidence or where there are no visible signs of damage or tampering may not be approved. The final decision regarding such claims rests with International Tarpaulin Company.

4. How to Request a Return

You can initiate a return by:

  • Submitting a return request through our website (where available), or
  • Contacting our Customer Support team via email or phone.

Once your request is received, our team will verify the details and provide further instructions for the return process.

5. Return Shipping

For locations where reverse pickup is available, we will arrange the collection of the eligible return through our logistics partners.

In certain areas where reverse pickup is not available, you may be requested to ship the product using an alternative courier service, such as India Post.

In such cases, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping charges of up to ₹400, subject to submission of a valid shipping receipt and approval of the return request.

6. Inspection & Approval

After the returned product reaches our warehouse:

  • Our quality team will inspect the product to verify the reported issue.
  • Inspection is generally completed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the inspection is successfully completed and the return is approved.

7. Refund Process

Once your return has been approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via bank transfer after collecting the necessary banking details.

8. Missing Items in Return Packages

If a customer claims to have returned multiple items but the returned package does not contain all of them, International Tarpaulin Company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.

This policy also applies to promotional products, complimentary items, and free gifts included with the order.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be subject to this Return & Refund Policy.

10. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may not be approved in the following situations:

  • Products returned after the specified return period.
  • Customized or specially manufactured products.
  • Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or misuse.
  • Incomplete returns.
  • Claims submitted without adequate supporting evidence.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
